What happens when Korean flavors meet pizza, burgers, burritos, and our favorite rice meals? Apparently, you get Hungry Bob. And if you’re ready for some serious calorie and carbo loading, they definitely have you covered. 😂
Hungry Bob was recognized as Grab Luzon’s “Promo Maven of the Year” in January 2026 for its successful campaigns and strategic use of promotions on the Grab platform. So naturally, I was curious to see what people have been ordering!
Their menu is Korean fusion with a fun take on familiar comfort food. Expect a mix of sweet, savory, cheesy, and a little spicy across their pizzas, giant burgers, rice meals, burritos, and more.
My personal biases? Definitely the 12-inch pizzas. We tried the Jeyug Ssam Pork, Beef Bulgogi, and Buldak Spicy Chicken, all ₱499 each. I loved how the Korean-inspired toppings gave something as familiar as pizza a completely different flavor. Also, the first one that I took a bite that I knew it’s gonna be good? The Bob’s Crispy Chicken dipped in gravy. It’s really crispy, even juicy and it’t not just chicken skin, the meat was filling as well.
I also really liked the Jjampong Rice (₱259) and Bob’s Crispy Chicken. With so many rich and flavorful dishes on the table, the jjampong soup was a welcome palate cleanser for me. The Bibimbap (₱144) was another favorite and surprisingly filling.
Their burgers and Burrito Koreana looked impressive, too. Personally, I’m not much of a fan of sweeter sauces and sweetly marinated meats, so these weren’t my top picks. But serving-wise? Hefty! The burgers come with big, flavorful cuts of meat and could honestly be shared by two people. The burrito wrap was also interesting because its soft, fluffy texture reminded both my husband and me of siopao dough.
For drinks, the Sparkling Ades lean toward the sweeter side, while I found their coffee selection quite good.
The Hungry Bob Trancoville branch can accommodate around 20 people, from small barkadas to bigger groups. During our visit, there was a steady mix of students dining in and GrabFood riders picking up orders, which made their GrabFood recognition make even more sense.
